IN HOME CARE
Home Sweet Home Care provides Live-in Care services to individuals who may have more complex needs requiring round-the-clock care.
A Live-in caregiver stays in the home 24 hours a day and is available to assist as needed. The Caregiver assigned provides personal, social and domestic in-home care and supervision at a level which is appropriate for your family member.
These home care services are also designed to help with the Activities of Daily Living. Such assistance may enable your family member to remain in a safe, clean and healthy home environment.
Our Live-In Services also include:
- Monitoring blood pressure, vital signs, glucose, and post-operation monitoring
- First Aid and wound care
- IV management
- Injections
- Catheter and ostomy care
- Management of tubes, drains and bags
- Alzheimer’s, dementia, diabetes, cancer, cardiac and respiratory care
- Medication reconciliation and reporting
- Daily wound care
- Medication administration
- Both hourly and 24-hour live-in nursing services are available

COMPANIONSHIP
Home Sweet Home Care provides in-home Companionship Services to individuals that need basic socialization and supervision and to ensure safety and well-being.
Your loved-one may not be ready to have someone other than your family members providing full in-home care just yet.
Companionship Services is a nice way to introduce them to in-home care services in an easy and non-intrusive way. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Talking, listening and sharing experiences
- Playing games/cards and reading
- Accompanying clients to recreational and/or social events
- Teaching/performing meal planning and preparation
- Performing light housekeeping
- Accompanying client on walks
- Reminding client to take medication
