REGISTERED NURSE
A registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services / Nursing Supervisor.

Help patients exercise and strengthen muscles while monitoring their progress and in some instances providing muscle stimulation through massage ultrasound or a variety of other techniques.

The Social Worker evaluates and assists clients/patients and families to help them adjust to the social and emotional factors related to their health challenges in their place of residence, in accordance with the medical Social Worker Practice Act, the physicians order, the state regulations and ACHC accreditation standards.
Apply NOWHOME HEALTH AIDES
Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise. Assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADL), Meal Preparation and Medication Monitoring.
